Products are not pre-shrunk. All of Fairbloom’s Cottage products are plant based fibers, some shrinkage is normal and should be expected. Wash your products on the Cold setting to reduce this, bonus it is the greener and most energy efficient choice too.
All products from Fairbloom’s Cottage is HANDMADE. Literally done start to finish in a hands on process, no ‘set it and forget it’ computerized machines are use. No pre-made/pre-fabbed or made to assemble parts/kits are used. Only raw materials that are come together as a finished product after hours of work.
Due to the nature of my work and my products being handmade, slight variations across products are normal and should be expected. These variations do not impact the quality or functionality of any product, are a natural part of the handmade process.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, LOST PACKAGES:
All bath product, personal hygiene product, or hair accessory sales are FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
Fairbloom’s Cottage retains the right to deny refunds, returns or exchages. If issued, refunds are contingent on the return of the product in new, unwashed, unopened, unstained or otherwise undamaged condition. Refunds will ONLY be issued after product is back in Fairbloom’s Cottage possession. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be covered by Fairbloom’s Cottage.
Once products leave Fairbloom’s Cottage’s possession, and enters the postal services possession, all responsibility for it’s arrival is transferred to the USPS. Fairbloom’s Cottage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to provide an address and location that is accurate and protected. Shipping is through USPS. A tracking number will be issued for all deliveries.
Shipping charges are strictly dictated by USPS based on weight and distance.

Orders for ‘Ready to Ship’ products on the website are processed in the order I receive them and take between 2-5 business days prior to being shipped. Shipping speed depends on your location, the time of year and your specific USPS locations.
Custom Order processing takes no less then 4wks to complete, depending on the time of the year and inventory demands.

I absolutely LOVE working with my customers to find and then create their dream product, so please fill out the custom order form which can be found on the home page of Fairbloom’s Cottage. Custom Orders require a minimum 75% deposit, to cover costs of materials and my time. The completed order will be shipped when the remaining 25% of the order total is paid. ***I reserve the right to require a custom order be paid in full prior to beginning the project.***
